One of my favorite things to photograph at the Bentonville Film Festival, was the performances at Meteor Guitar Gallery in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. Throughout the week, I photographed four different musicians/musical groups at Meteor with the Intercut Productions team. AND Come to find out, Meteor is the place with the really cool wood texture on the outside of the building that I photographed on one of my photo walks. lol HA!
I have never been on the inside of the building so the type of lighting we would be working with was unknown. HOWEVER, it’s a music venue! lol They are bound to have amazing stage lighting. And that they did! Heineken sponsored the event, as well, so Meteor had some really cool green lighting too. I’ve been really excited by vibrant colors lately and that’s exactly what we walked in too. :D
First up, Luke Wade. He opened for Kris Allen and put on a really great show! Just a little bit about Luke…He’s a Pop/Folk/Singer-Songwriter from Texas who writes “honest lyrics wrapped in infectious melodies sung with just enough power and delicacy to put the audience inside the message of each song.” Luke has one hell of a voice, and I really enjoyed his performance!
