Field Trip! | Service Dog Pet Photography

Service Dogs need “real world experience” as apart of their training. A few weeks ago the Soldier On Service Dogs’ “veteran’s class” ventured over to the pet store for just that purpose.

The service dogs are met with so many distractions in their veteran’s day-to-day life. They must be able to ignore that and focus on their veteran and their needs. At the pet store, the dogs encountered people, other dogs, a crazy photographer lady, and toys! I always leave the classes so impressed with how well the dogs did and that trip was no exception!
