Photo Club | Sunset

I’m a portrait photographer. Photographing landscapes and nature is not really my thing. It requires you to be patient and do some planning. lol HA! However, I believe I/we should always push myself/ourselves as artists and step outside my/our comfort zone. You never know what will spark your curiosity! <3

Last night, members of the Bella Vista + Bentonville Photography Club meet up at Lake Loch Lomond to try to catch the sunset. It’s been raining for days, or so it feels like, but the weather was supposed to knock it off for a few last night and we would have a chance at getting some good shots. I grabbed my gear and headed over to the lake and waited out the clouds with the other members. We captured some of the cloud formations, talked about gear and settings, and finally caught some color at the end! They tell me the prime time to catch the beautiful color is the 15-20 minutes after the sun has finally set.
